Why We Funded
The Mirolo Charitable Foundation contributed to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium to allow the Zoo to participate along with sister zoos around the country in the celebration named Year of the Frog. It allowed the zoo the means to educate the visiting public about the amphibian extinction crisis and what can be done to mitigate it.
